問題描述：

1.1.1.1 設備芯片錯包增量檢查嚴重

檢查要求：

要求2次查看擁塞丟包，底層接收丟包和底層發送丟包是否增長。

改進建議：

PERQ_DROP_PKT 一般為擁塞丟包，RDBGC/TDBGC原因較多，一般記住RDBGC6 ACL丟包，RDBGC8 VLAN檢查失敗丟包，RDBGC3查不到出端口丟棄，TDBGC4 STP檢查丟包即可。確認丟包原因後請收集診斷信息，logfile及診斷日誌聯係400處理。
