s1850 恢複出廠設置

對於H3C S1850交換機，恢複出廠設置的步驟如下：

1. 登錄到交換機，進入特權模式。
2. 使用命令 `<HIK>delete flash:/startup.cfg` 刪除當前配置文件。
3. 重啟交換機，使得配置生效。
