 收集信息 

 1) AC 診斷；

 2) AP診斷； 

 3) 終端側多複現幾次認證失敗，同時AC 上多收集幾次dis portal packet statistics; 

 4) 收集debug時，需提前開啟調試信息：

 關閉debug信息： CTRL+O 

 需要同時開啟，debug portal和Debugging radius 

分開抓取 Debugging portal all 

              Debugging radius all 

 5) 必要時AC 出口抓包+portal服務器側抓包。 

 並告知終端連接的哪個服務模板，測試終端MAC地址和IP。
