V35接口不通

問題描述：
V35協轉設備點對點連接後，dis inter brief 命令查看狀態，link 和protocol狀態up，但是業務不通。切換回老的思科設備業務立馬就能恢複，問題可能出在哪裏？

tcp丟包。需要看你啥樣的，如果是時隙對接，華三和思科的時隙不是完全對應的，可以找400要個對應關係表。如果不涉及時隙，看看時鍾啊，接地啊，以及華三那邊有沒有什麼信號告警。
