本案例適用於如S5500-20TP-SI、S5500-52C-EI、S5500-52C-PWR-EI、S5500-34C-HI、S5800-32C-EI、S5800-32F、S5800-60C-PWR、S5830-106S等S5500、S5800、S5830係列的交換機。
由於網絡規模迅速擴大,當前中心交換機(Device A)轉發能力已經不能滿足需求,需要另外增加一台設備Device B。現需要將兩台設備配置IRF2堆疊,將網絡轉發能力提高一倍,並實現網絡易管理、易維護。Device A和Device B分別使用自帶的兩個萬兆口做堆疊口。也可以隻用一個接口堆疊,根據實際情況而定。

IRF設備一旦分裂,會變成兩台配置完全相同的設備,導致業務轉發有問題。為了避免此類問題出現,可以配置分裂檢測。設備一旦檢測到IRF2分裂,則自動關閉備設備的所有非保留端口。在此介紹BFD MAD分裂檢測配置方法。使用網線Device A上的端口GigabitEthernet1/0/1和Device B上的端口GigabitEthernet2/0/1連接起來。
