現場反饋使用5130交換機替換3600交換機後,部分話機在接完電話後會重啟,日誌也有告警

1、僅交換機端口供電,交換機配置POE非標監測和強製供電,故障依舊
2、僅外接電源供電,交換機關閉POE供電功能,插上話機自帶的電源適配器,正常
3、查看設備供電情況,設備還剩1585.3(W),如果懷疑是功率不足,概率不大

4、現場交換機和話機通過配線架連接,從交換機到配線架的跳線已經更換。福祿克測試通過
5、產品線分析診斷信息,發現port4、27、41口有POE過電流掉電記錄,與現場反饋現象(5130-1的4、27、41口連IP話機存在反複重啟)一致。

因此POE震蕩原因:客戶處話機為Class1終端,與交換機分級結果也一致(如下診斷信息高亮部分)。根據IEEE標準Class1供電功率最大為4W,如終端電話功耗超過4W就會觸發交換機側過流掉電,掉電後交換機又會重新檢測分級上電,因此會出現客戶處的POE震蕩。
