某局點S5130S-52S-PWR-HI|交換機下接的話機會重啟

設備型號和版本：S5130S-52S-PWR-HI Release 6343P08

現場反饋使用5130交換機替換3600交換機後，部分話機在接完電話後會重啟，日誌也有告警

1、僅交換機端口供電，交換機配置POE非標監測和強製供電，故障依舊

2、僅外接電源供電，交換機關閉POE供電功能，插上話機自帶的電源適配器，正常

3、查看設備供電情況，設備還剩1585.3(W)，如果懷疑是功率不足，概率不大

4、現場交換機和話機通過配線架連接，從交換機到配線架的跳線已經更換。福祿克測試通過

5、產品線分析診斷信息，發現port4、27、41口有POE過電流掉電記錄，與現場反饋現象（5130-1的4、27、41口連IP話機存在反複重啟）一致。

因此POE震蕩原因：客戶處話機為Class1終端，與交換機分級結果也一致（如下診斷信息高亮部分）。根據IEEE標準Class1供電功率最大為4W，如終端電話功耗超過4W就會觸發交換機側過流掉電，掉電後交換機又會重新檢測分級上電，因此會出現客戶處的POE震蕩。
