display ospf的回顯信息如上， Interface: 130.51.12.254 (Vlan-interface12)與 Interface: 130.51.18.217 (Vlan-interface20)後麵沒有-->x.x.x.x。。。是不是代表雖然network了，但是沒有建立鄰居？
