On Aug 3rd, Unisplendour Corporation Limited's subsidiary H3C officially entered into a new Strategic Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("HPE"). H3C and HPE will continue to partner comprehensively and maintain their global strategic business partnership, to provide the best digital solutions and services for customers in China and overseas. The Agreement provides that:
在中國市場(不含中國台灣及中國港澳地區),H3C將繼續作為HPE品牌服務器、存儲產品及技術服務的獨家提供者(按協議約定HPE直接覆蓋的客戶除外),為客戶提供相關產品及服務;
In China market (excluding China Taiwan, China Hong Kong and China Macau), H3C will continue to be the exclusive provider of HPE-branded servers, storage products, and technical services (excluding certain global account customers that HPE will cover directly under the Agreement) and provide related products and services to customers.
在國際市場,H3C將在全球範圍經營和全麵銷售H3C品牌的產品,同時HPE 將繼續在全球市場上與 H3C 保持現有的 OEM 合作關係;
In the international market, H3C will sell H3C-branded products and will operate globally, while HPE will continue its existing OEM partnership with H3C in the global market.
本戰略銷售協議有效期為5 年,並可自動續約 5 年,之後將逐年續約;
This Strategic Sales Agreement is valid for a minimum of 5 years and may be renewed automatically for an additional 5 years and annually thereafter.
協議的簽署反映出HPE對H3C在中國穩固發展的信心,有助於HPE在中國業務的持續拓展;該協議的簽署使H3C得以全麵拓展海外市場,快速成長為一家全球化公司,而雙方良好的合作關係也將有效促進各自在全球市場的發展。
The signing of the Agreement reflects HPE's confidence in H3C's solid development in China and supports HPE's continued business expansion in China. The Agreement releases H3C to comprehensively expand overseas, and enables its rapid growth to establish itself as a global brand, while the good relationship between the two parties will effectively promote their respective development in the global market.
同時,本協議有利於提升H3C的商業利益,提高H3C的決策效率並增強公司經營的靈活性,H3C可以將更多的資源和資金投入研發、拓展更廣闊的國內外市場,從而持續提升公司的核心競爭力。
Furthermore, the Agreement further promotes H3C's business interests, improves its decision-making efficiency, and enhances the company's business agility, allowing H3C to allocate more resources and capital into research and development and to further expand its domestic and international market presence, thereby continuously improving the company's core competitiveness.
